LiquidFiles is a large and secure file transfer and sharing solution primarily suitable for companies and organizations. It runs as a virtual device in your own local or private cloud space.

You and your employees need to send, receive, and share files that are too large to be sent via email - typically 20MB or larger. LiquidFiles has no limit on file size.

When sharing information within and outside the company or organization, your company or organization needs to improve security and compliance.

You have a team or organization with at least one person managing IT infrastructure, or you have established an existing relationship with an existing company that manages IT infrastructure for you. LiquidFiles is designed to achieve self-management as much as possible, and you still need to install LiquidFiles yourself, assign IP addresses, update DNS, and other typical tasks to add new servers and services to your organization.

Most of our customers use LiquidFiles on local servers using VMware, Hyper-V, Xen, or other virtualization platforms. You can run LiquidFiles on a standalone server, or use ISO images on Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, or any other server that can install your own.

LiquidFiles is designed to meet all the needs of most organizations to send, receive, and share files of any file size in your environment:

• Receive infinitely large files from anywhere using modern and traditional methods.
• Files and folders are shared with internal and external teams.
• Request a request file with a simple link for the recipient to use in response to the request.
• FTPdrops can receive files and send them to internal users using FTP/FTP/SFTP or SCP.
• FTPdir - Like traditional FTP servers, integrates into existing workflows using FTP/FTP/SFTP or SCP.
• Email Reply - Use email with additional tracking capabilities to securely receive files.

If no one manages IT for your company, whether internally or externally. Although LiquidFiles aims to achieve self-management as much as possible, you (or the person who takes care of your IT) still need to be able to perform tasks such as deploying virtual servers, whether using local platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, or Xen, or cloud virtual platforms such as Amazon AWS or Microsoft Azure. You will need to configure DNS and manage SSL certificates for your web application.

You are a private person with special needs and occasionally need to send some large files, but you are not interested in setting up and running your own server infrastructure.

Our typical customers are companies and organizations with 20 to 2000 users. There is absolutely no reason why LiquidFiles should not be suitable for larger or smaller companies. We have customers who use single user installations - like a technically savvy single person printing company that uses LiquidFiles to receive printing jobs from customers. We also have clients who are large multinational enterprises with hundreds of thousands of users. LiquidFiles runs well throughout the entire range.
