Link tasks using dropdown menus

No longer need to remember the ID of the task to link to. On the contrary, if you select a cell in the 'Predecessors' column and then select the down arrow, you will see a list of all tasks in the project. The task hierarchy and order perfectly match the project, allowing you to easily scroll to the task on the right and select the checkbox next to it.

In addition, you can also select a task from the same type drop-down menu in the 'Follow up Tasks' column. For more information, refer to the tasks in the linked project.

Task Summary Name Field

If the task list is long, it may be difficult to understand the content of task indentation in the entire project plan. The 'Task Summary Name' field is a read-only field that displays the name of the summary task for the task. Adding this field as a column in the Tasks view helps clarify the structure of the project. To add this field, right-click the column heading (to the right of the location where you want to add the field), select 'Insert Column', and then select 'Task Summary Name' from the drop-down list.

Timeline bar labels and task progress

Easier communication of project progress! The schedule bar can now be marked, and the progress of the task can be directly displayed on the task. When sharing status, it can easily and quickly explain the plan and ongoing work.
