FastStone Capture is a powerful, lightweight, yet fully functional tool; Screen capture and screen recording tools.

It allows you to easily capture and annotate any content on the screen, including windows, objects, menus, full screen (full screen), rectangles/hand drawn/fixed areas, and scrolling windows or web pages.
